I. Strategy
Site requirements and guidelines are gathered in this stage. We look at who your target audience is and what you are trying to accomplish with your web site. After all information has been brought forward, a proposal is delivered to the client with deadline dates and exact costs broken down into tasks. Once everything is approved, the development process beings.
II. Design/Development
Design comps are delivered to the client for review and changes can be made at this point until a look and feel is established. The development begins by following the guidelines set in the Strategy Phase. Clients may see the development in process so they know exactly where the project stands. A status report is given to the client in regular intervals to ensure that the deadline is reached.
III. Testing/Debugging
Once the site is in working condition, developers and clients will start testing the site for functionality and site flow. Changes and fixes are done at this point until the site is running satisfactory to launch.
